Our Team
Our team is located in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne. Each SMSF Auditor is CPA or CA qualified, registered with ASIC and has extensive experience in the SMSF industry.
Marjon Muizer - Managing Director
Marjon Muizer is a SMSF specialist auditor accredited by the SMSF Association and CPA.
Marjon is an active industry participant and co-writes the SMSF auditors exam and audit training modules for the SMSF Association. She received the 2024 CEO award from the SMSF Association for her contribution to the SMSF industry.
Marjon has worked in the SMSF industry since 2007 and has experience in SMSF audit, administration, education, technical and compliance roles.
Prior to managing Red Willow Super, Marjon worked as the manager Technical Support & Training at SuperConcepts for 8 years.

Richard Cousins is a SMSF specialist accredited by the SMSF Association and a CPA.
Richard has worked in the SMSF industry since 2001 and was previously part of the technical team at SuperConcepts.
Prior to specialising in the SMSF sector, Richard worked as a Business Services Manager for several accounting practices.

Lyn has worked in the SMSF industry since 2009. Prior to joining Red Willow Super, Lyn worked as an SMSF technical specialist and Quality Consultant at one of the largest SMSF firms in Australia.

Muhammad Khalid is a registered SMSF auditor and Chartered Accountant and has been involved in the SMSF industry since 2008.
Gaining experience in business services and then specialising as an SMSF Auditor, he brings a commercial understanding to his role and enjoys providing practical solutions to compliance issues for clients.
Prior to joining Red Willow Super, Muhammad worked as a Senior Audit Manager at one of Australia’s largest specialist SMSF audit firms where he also managed client onboarding and process improvement.

Our Audit Process
The audit process can be tailored to your firms procedures and include the following steps:
Contact us to obtain a quote and the relevant audit letters.
Review our Audit Checklist to ensure you provide us with all the information we require to be able to complete the audit.
Submit the audit file by uploading your audit files to our system.
We will contact you to discuss any audit review points.
Signed Audit report and Management letter issued.
SMSF tax return is now ready to be lodged by the tax agent.
We will work with your practice to establish a process that suits your business needs.
Fee Structure
The role of the auditor is to carry out both a financial and compliance audit, which varies in complexity and time.
Our fees start at $400 and most audits will be completed within 5 working days. The cost depends on a number of factors, including the quality of the work papers supplied and the complexity of the fund.
We will work with your practice to establish a process that suits your business needs.
